We’re often asked what is wild camping? To many, wild camping means sleeping under the stars in remote locations far from the madding crowd, sharing experiences with friends and finding space all of your own. 

Whilst wild camping is one our favourite ways to explore and spend time with friends in the outdoors its not always easy to get everyone involved. 

Providing adventure for all has been an ethos at Cornish Wave since our inception in 2012 and continues to fuel our passion for the outdoor adventure.

With these thoughts in mind making wild camping easy and accessible for friends, families and groups to share camping experiences has allowed us to create something special and take a slightly different view of the ‘normal’ camping or wild camping experience.

We’ve combined the best aspects of wild camping, activity experiences and camping, and blended them into something accessible to everyone that everyone can enjoy, even the not so adventurous.

Whatever your thoughts on camping we’ve endeavoured to build a campsite and experience which is a unique camping Cornwall.

So What Is Wild Camping?

We’ve carefully crafted two camps in our private woodland. Each is designed to be self-sufficient and perfect for enjoying an evening under the stars with minimum fuss. 

Both camps are nestled in their own part of the woodland and are fully equipped with all you could need for a comfortable nights stay. 

Each camp is fully equipt for every eventuality, from large marque areas, big chunky tables for games & socialising, camping gas cookers to covered fire pits and bbq’ing areas and kitchen utensils we’ve taken the hassle out of camping.
